I was NOT moderating my use, as if I could. Gripping pretty well for not being designed to be nonslip, and taking loads of punishment. Soles still looking healthy for all that, and no other portion has shown signs of failure either.
On top of that, I walk 2.5 miles to and from work most days. So after the first 175 hours or so, an enthusiastic thumbs up.
I will say that the insoles could be better - if I wasn't walking that extra 5 miles a day, I might not have minded, but with such heavy use I needed an upgrade and got some squishier inserts. And again, I wasn't going out of my way to protect them, but the red bits are delicate and scuff away easily. Minor details.
